The goal at FILMITUSA is to make it easy for your property to be found and viewed by production companies.
With your password protected account you can list and manage all of your profiles: property, vehicles, talent, and business.
A standard account allows you to list 3 properties, 5 vehicles, 5 talent, and business profiles. Accounts with higher limits are available. (see below)
Production companies contact you directly allowing you to represent yourself and keep 100% of your rental fees.
Our non-exclusive service will not conflict with any existing location service agreement you might have for your property.
To set up an account complete and submit the Owner Registration form found on the Owner Sign Up page.
The contact information for all resources in your account is the name and number in the owner registration form unless other options are made available on the listing profile submission form.
Be sure to include a referral code, if you have one.
Upon submitting the form, you are linked to our PayPal page. Your account will not be activated until you pay your subscription fee.

Log-in to your account to add, edit, and delete listings.
To add listings to your account use the appropriate "Add Box" on your dashboard. Every category has its own "Add Box" that opens a form you fill out and submit to create a profile for the type of property you are adding. Your photos must be accessible on your computer either on the hard drive or on an auxiliary drive, such as a CD drive, USB drive, etc. For more about photographs, see "Taking Photographs" below.
Each property has its own profile. In addition to the type and style of your property you can identify a number of specific features about your property that a location scout might be seeking and other descriptive information you feel is necessary. You can include up to ten photos in your profile with three being required. The #1 photo should always be the curb (frontal) view of your property. Other photos should showcase rooms and features of your property.

Each vehicle has its own profile. A vehicle is any type of motorized transportation: cars, trucks, motor homes, motorcycles, boats, airplanes, etc. You are required to upload three vehicle photos with the option to include a fourth. Photo #1 should be the front/driver side view.
The description box is for additional information about your vehicle, things like doesn't run, has no reverse, for sale, etc. don't look as these as negatives as someone could be looking for a vehicle to wreck, blow-up, or destroy in some fashion (on film).

Each individual has their own profile. You must include a photograph of the person. (The photos below are headshot, for background actors I recommend a full body photo.) Include their skills, these could include hobbies and job skills, for example: can drive a manual transmission, golf, tennis, skydiving, scuba, horseback riding, play an instrument, ping pong, welding, etc.

Each business location needs its own profile for the search engine to find the one nearest to production. Include information about your business, such as: services, products, address, contact info, and web address. Production companies routinely shop with local merchants for things they need. These could include catering, fuel, dry cleaning, lumber, hardware, lodging, groceries, etc.
Most digital camera can provide good image quality photographs for display on the web site. Use the best quality setting in conjunction with an appropriate file size option to insure photo file size does not exceed 15MB. If using a film camera and you have a scanner you can scan the photos or many film processors can provide you with a CD of your pictures.
